My healing journey began after a car accident in 2003 left me with severe neck and back injuries. I was told by doctors that I would likely experience pain and mobility issues for the rest of my life — a prognosis I simply couldn’t accept.I was guided to Reiki, and after just a few treatments I noticed the pain and stiffness beginning to ease. This experience was life-changing. I went on to train in Reiki myself and eventually became a Reiki teacher, deepening my understanding of energy healing and the body’s innate ability to restore balance.In 2012, I channelled information about a new system of energy healing, which I was guided to call Cosmic Heart. This heart-based energy system has continued to evolve ever since, supporting people in releasing deep-rooted emotional and energetic blocks — not only from their current life, but also from past lives.Cosmic Heart works by helping you open the true heart centre, allowing you to step into flow and experience greater synchronicity and serendipity in your life. It supports the clearing of emotional and energetic blocks, fixed false beliefs, fears, and deep-seated trauma. Entity release techniques are also used where appropriate, to clear any low-vibrational attachments that may have entered the energy system following trauma or shock. At its core, Cosmic Heart gently returns you to a state of unconditional love and inner peace, aligning body, mind, and soul so that life can be lived with greater love, joy, clarity, and ease.For those who feel drawn to learn how to work with the energies of Cosmic Heart, the training teaches you to work intuitively, enabling you to access the root cause of an issue so it can be released fully.
