My healing journey began after a car accident in 2003 left me with severe neck and back injuries. Doctors told me I that I would experience pain and issues with my mobility for the rest of my life., but I couldn’t accept that. I was guided to Reiki, and after a few treatments, found that the pain and stiffness began to ease. I went on to train in Reiki and eventually became a teacher.In 2012, I channelled information about a new system of energy healing which I was guided to call Cosmic Heart. This heart-based energy system has been evolving ever since, supporting people in releasing deep-rooted emotional, and energetic, blocks not only forms the current life but past-lives as well..Cosmic Heart works by helping you open the true heart centre, so that you step into flow and experience synchronicity and serendipity. It not only clears emotional and energetic blocks, but fixed false beliefs and fears as well as deep seated trauma.. There are also entity release techniques used to clear any low vibration attachments and entities that may have got into the energy system where damage has occurred through trauma.
