I'm passionate about nature spirituality and women's wellbeing. I specialise in sexuality, fertility, and awakening creativity within the women I work with.

I run women's circles and retreats. I offer one to one intergrative energy healing sessions too.

Being a qualified hypnotherapist, massage therapist, and reflexologist I bring many modalities to my sessions with clients.

Working remotely is part of my skill set. I'm aware not everyone can travel so I offer email sessions with downloadable audio healing sessions to fit the individual.

I also offers training and talks on nature spirituality and animal spirit guides.

My next book "nature whispers" is due out January 2019.
