Most of us are all still discovering what makes us smile, what brings us laughter and a sense of inner peace. Now go one step further and actually imagine you could choose what you wanted to have in your life. Do you even know, in every single detail?

We will use visualisation, meditation, dance & creativity! Use scissors, glue and Imagination.
You will then select images and words from magazines and paste them on a big poster board, using this board each day aligns your brain with the outcome you want to attract
You will make your own unique board to take away
