Our Hypno-Birthing class takes you on a guided meditation to connect with your unborn child on a much deeper level, whilst learning new skills for a more relaxed and positive pregnancy and birthing experience. We have space for only 4 mums-to-be in our comfy relaxation / recliner chairs to ensure comfort for everyone. After a 40 Minute Meditation / relaxation there will be a chance to share your experiences with the group or discuss any concerns. I have been specifically trained in Medical Hypnotherapy for pregnancy & Birth so can also address any concerns you have and find ways to over come any fears. Individual sessions also available.
Just 15 - 20 minutes a day can be of great benefit to both mother and baby.
