Hello, my name is Feride and I am a Yoga Teacher / Reiki Master Teacher. My journey as a yoga teacher and forever yoga student is to live and teach from a place of authenticity. From first understanding my roots and heritage, partly Indian, and then building on that foundation from self-enquiry, practice and continual learning, not just of modern yoga but also from a standpoint and blending of ancient wisdom. Only then can I reflect and share the true understanding of yoga. I always hope my yoga sessions reflect my passion for yogic living and that my students live to their True Self.

My yoga teachings also include Chakra Yoga, Yoga-Reiki, Yoga for Hyper-mobility, Yoga for POTs and a bespoke movement program for EDS/hEDS. These are areas of which I have not just first hand experience ad well as trainings so I fully understand how daily life can be challenging in these areas.

I usually include pranayama and a guided meditation or visualisation in my yoga sessions and I also offer meditation courses for those who wish to develop their meditation skills. Pranayama refers to breath work. Our breath is powerful and when we enhance our breath skills, we experience great benefits.

Finding reiki much later in life is something that I am continually amazed with not just for my Self but also for my clients. .Blending chakra healing with reiki makes a wonderful blend of both healings much to the benefit of my clients. Reiki in itself is a wonderful energetic healing modality which I am blessed to be able to share.
