Inspired by the life and musical legacy of the founder's father, David-a gifted musician, choir director, songwriter, and worshipper-and the biblical example of King David, Songs of David is an annual celebration rooted in a simple mission: Honor God. Celebrate legacy. Worship together. This year’s Gospel Jam isn't a concert. ... It’s an invitation to participate. During the last portion of the program, guests will have an opportunity to sing, worship, celebrate, connect, and experience the joy of being part of a community united through Gospel music. What to Expect Your evening may include: Interactive Gospel Jam - Audience members can take the microphone and lead their favorite Gospel songs in a karaoke-style worship experience. Praise and Worship - Come ready to sing, clap, worship, or simply enjoy the atmosphere. A Special Message - Reflecting on legacy, praise, worship, and faith. Ministry throught Movement- A special mime praise dance presentation. Songs of David Legacy Awards and Scholarship - Honoring individuals and continuing a legacy of faith, music, and service.
