Healing From Within One Day Affordable Retreat Step into a day of gentle restoration with June Meagher at her Healing From Within retreat, held at Portpatrick Village Hall on Sunday 25 October 2026, from 10 am to 5 pm. Your retreat fee includes vegan and vegetarian lunch, plus nourishing refreshments throughout the day. £25 / £15 concession Arrive from 9.30 am for welcome drinks. Cold-water swimmers are invited to come straight in from 9.30 am to warm up, dry off, and change before the retreat begins. Together we’ll explore: Meditation Silence Mindful Movement Breathwork Emotional Healing Sound Bath & Sound Healing Please bring a yoga mat (I will bring some spare for those who do not have one) a pillow and a cover. Please also bring suitable clothing and footwear should you decide to go walking or suitable swimwear and towel if you are going to go cold water swimming before the retreat, during lunch or after we finish the retreat.
