Aromatherapy & Herbal Lore: We’ll dive into a short lesson on how herbs and essential oils impact your mood, energy, and well-being. The Art of Smudging & Incense: Discover the history, sacred uses, behind burning incense and smudge sticks. Hands-on Crafting: Get your hands messy! You’ll blend and roll your very own custom incense cones and wrap your own smudge sticks to take home. Grounding Tips & Tricks: Walk away with practical, easy-to-use tools to stay centered, calm, and protected in your daily life. A delicious lunch is included (Vegan & Gluten free options available) ??
