As we step more and more into March we truly do find those better days are approaching. Whilst there will still be those chilly days it's nice to know that soon we will have more hours of sunshine and that Spring is edging ever forward into our awareness. Why not take a bit of time for you this weekend with some lovely healing or a bit of guidance. This is happening at the Shakra Centre on top of Charing Hill and a lovely place to visit for a natter, something to eat and drink as well as having a therapy or a reading.
