Mindfulness Course

This course will run monthly on Saturday afternoons 2pm-4pm from January to July on Meditation days for 6 sessions Beginners welcome and you can join in at any month £20 per 2 hour session. Must be pre booked Shakra Centre Monthly Mindfulness Course Start your positive journey with us for 2025! Release negativity and manifest a positive life! There is no commitment to attend all monthly classes.
