Relaxation Courses

6 week course in Relaxation, Taking Care of You. In small groups of max 6, we will practise various techniques to help bring you back to yourself. We will be using stillness, meditation, mindfulness, visualisation, breathing techniques and other self care tools. No previous experience necessary. As well as the benefits of small group work, you will take away self help techniques you can use at home or elsewhere, whenever you feel the need to use them. Once learned, these simple practices are tools for life. There will also be some stretching, gentle movement and there will be laughter! The classes are held in my wooden treatment room in the garden, an oasis of peace amidst the birdsong. Exchange is £150 for 6 x 2hr classes with handouts, plus a follow up reunion, either live or via Zoom. I really look forward to working with you! Much love, Cinthia
