REIKI MEDITATION AND HEALING WORKSHOP - A workshop combining Meditation and Reiki Healing. Along with some relaxation exercises before my own Guided Meditations, there will be time to relax with the music. There will be Group Healing, Healing exercises for all to take part in and some individual healing. I will be explaining about Meditation, the Benefits and how to incorporate this into your life, discussing the best approach for all. I will also be including group and individual exercises based around reiki healing and some things you can do at home.
