"In Ayurveda (the sister science to yoga) , the changing seasons is an ideal time to establish a state of balance, strength and immunity. Suzanne will present seasonal ayurvedic practices that can be immediately applied to your daily routine. She will guide you though a gentle grounding yoga practice including breathwork specifically designed to protect and warm the body, mind & heart. Do you need to know how to practice yoga to enter the event?
Everyone is welcome... you do not have to be bendy to attend :) Should you require assistance or have mobility issues, kindly let us know so we can accomodate you.
What do I need to bring into the event?
Please wear loose comfortable clothing to practice in, dress in layers. Bring your own yoga mat. We do have a few mats available if you require one, but please let us know as they are limited.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is ample free parking.

What's the refund policy?
No refunds. Should a life event happen that makes you unable to attend, you can share your ticket with a friend/family member.
