Where it all began…
Hi, I’m Lisa.

It’s my pleasure to introduce to you Blue Buddha - Holistic Therapies. A beautiful private holistic therapy studio set in a tranquil environment.

Having worked for the past 30 years as a Registered General Nurse, I have always had an interest in holistic therapies. Throughout my career I experienced recurring pain, unresponsive to painkillers and physio, relief was limited.

I was initially drawn to a session of Reiki after being recommended by a friend. I found that regular Reiki sessions managed the pain and felt very relaxed, giving me a real feeling of wellbeing, staying in my system for weeks. It enabled me to focus, rebalancing my work and life.

I loved Reiki so much I decided to make the dream a reality with Blue Buddha. Learning and applying holistic therapy techniques at level 1, 2 and practitioner, I am fully insured, approved and qualified.
