I offer Gentle Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga and Mixed Ability Classes. Everyone is welcome regardless of age or ability. Each class includes breathwork and a short meditation or guided visualisation. I also offer meditation and pranayama (breathwork) as separate sessions.
