I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor with training in hypnotherapy, which I use in sessions if and when relevant. My aim is to provide a reassuring space for clients to explore their challenges and themselves within those challenges in order to find ways forward.
I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher and offer reiki sessions and teaching, Reiki has a way of gently yet powerfully helping us to heal on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Each session is different as the unconscious begins to release. Sessions are peaceful and calm and you are likely to experience deep relaxation.
