I believe that with a healthy mind and body anything is possible, When your health is in the best place it can be you can achieve anything you want to.
My own journey has been eventful and full of surprises with twists and turns that I did not expect.

A good friend once said to me " do not swim against the current but swim with it!"

Since that day my life and health improved and my journey helping others achieve great health and wellbeing has been non stop, I have made some life long friends on that journey and am forever grateful for all those twists and turns.
I am a reiki master and teacher with my Reiki lineage traced back to Mikao Usui the founder of traditional Japanese Reiki, I offer small group courses so that you can lean all about Reiki, and if you wish make it part of your life.

I also offer Reflexology treatments, Hopi ear candling, mindfulness and meditation sessions.
