My name is Kim Barden and I am a certified hypnotherapist. I have trained with Quantum Seminars in Sydney, Australia and later with the prestigious HMI College in Los Angeles. After spending some time abroad I returned back to the UK and began to train with the renowned Terence Watts (MCGI) at the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy https://www.essexinstitute.co.uk. I have studied BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT- Adv), Warrior, Settler Nomads (WSN), Smashing Depression, and BroadBand for the Brain.

Because I enjoy what I do I am committed to ongoing training to help my clients become the best that they can be.

On a Personal Note
Hypnotherapy runs in the family as both my grandparents were hypnotherapists.

I have used hypnotherapy to help me obtain my goals. In 2004, it helped me to quit smoking, and still to this day, I am a non-smoker. I also find BWRT helps to ease anxiety and stress that comes with running a business.
