My work is focussed on Self-Awareness and Healing by which I utilise Shamanic Healing techniques. The aim is to address and resolve negative belief systems that may hinder you when being challenged. For example you may think you are not a sexual person but in fact you are. The reason why you think you are not is because you carry elements of of hurt, quilt or shame. These feelings are often linked to ancestral belief systems or past life experiences that no longer serve you and hold you back. Another example is, are you in a job that you hate? Is it because you may be carrying elements of fears around survival, power or success?

When addressing and healing these aspects within yourself you will find the courage to make the necessary steps towards doing what you love. By regaining your self worth and inner strength you will then be able to make empowering decisions that not only serve you but your ancestors and break negative repeating patterns for future generations.
