I have been a therapist for over 20 years and feel I have a wealth of experience to offer. Crystal Healing is a great passion of mine and I also teach this wonderful therapy at practitioner level.
As a Reiki Master I combine the healings to enhance my work.
I work 1 to 1 with clients and also arrange Group Healing and meditation sessions. Moving into Sound Baths as these really lift vibration to accelerate us into our spiritual path.
From September I’m hosting my first residential courses in Norfolk at an amazing location. A dream come true.
Healings take many forms but, I believe, begin with us looking after ourselves. From a facial, manicure, meditation session, Reflexology, Crystal or Reiki healing - by giving ourself a break from our constant mind chatter and allowing our bodies to relax and our minds to become quiet, peace will come.
