During a channelling session I asked Spirit to tell us how we can bring more light into our lives. I received the following:

“Light can only enter when there is a willingness to let the light in. If someone is immersed in darkness, full of the problems of everyday life, problems of the world, their individual problems, problems of their society, then they are not opening up to the light, and the light will have great difficulty entering. There has to be an initial willingness for the light to penetrate the darkness in the mind. A little chink in the mind that is immersed in darkness and then a gradual opening up to the light. Once that chink is there, it can grow bigger and bigger and more light can penetrate the mind. And when the light penetrates darkness, the darkness is no more. But it is not like putting on a light switch in a dark room. It’s usually a gradual process where the light enters—just little glimmer of light like the sun’s rays through curtains that are drawn with a little chink open. It’s the same thing. A glimmer of light penetrating your mind. And then as the willingness of the individual to open up to the light increases, then more and more light can begin to penetrate the mind.

There are certain actions or activities or ways of living that are more conducive to letting in the light. For example, being positive, being cheerful, being loving, kind, compassionate and enjoying your life, enjoying your day. Whatever it is you like, music, reading, gardening, walking, swimming, doing things you enjoy…would make you more able to open up to the light.

But if you are in a state of gloom and doom then the light will have difficulty entering your mind. And for people like that it is possible to live a whole lifetime and allow very little light into the mind, if any. And that seems to be like a sad waste of a lifetime but in the afterlife review that particular person will make plans for a different life to come. Their next life would then be one in which they would do their best to let in more light.

Beings of Light from all around you, from outside this solar system even, are beaming light down to this planet. And that’s why you have more and more people opening up to channelling entities from outside this solar system, ETs, because they are open to the light and they are receiving the beams of light that are being directed towards the Earth at the present time. And those beings are able to channel ETs and other Beings of Light. This phenomenon will grow. You are going to see more and more channelling and more and more channelling from Beings of Light and Love who want to help human beings to evolve, to ascend, which is really the ultimate and only goal of everyone.”
