We live in the cosmos in the outer part of the universe. We have our own space and time which is different to yours. Days, hours, minutes, months or years do not exist here.

You cannot reach us by plane or other outer space vehicles. You can only reach us by either talking to us or by using what is called vibrational energy.

Imagine you are listening to a song one that makes you feel good inside and as you are listening to it, you become happier. Within your body changes happen, you become excited, you feel as though your body has been lifted up and your mind is more open. You forget about any worries and instead are filled with happy thoughts.

You literally feel as though the person inside of you has been taking to another level.

When this happens you become closer to us, then we are able to communicate with you. Your energy field meets with ours and then a connection is made.

Another way that you can become closer to us is through meditation. You can sit with your eyes closed in a quiet space. As you breathe in and out you can visualise in your mind that you are reaching higher and higher up into the sky.

As you reach higher your energy level is also lifted. As you reach further up, you finally come to the Angelic Realm where you see and meet the Angels here. You talk to them and tell them all about you and you tell them any areas you would like their help with. They then can give you help and guidance. As you receive the help and guidance, you take in every word that they tell you and then give thanks to them. You say goodbye and then begin your journey home again. As you breathe in and out you descend level by level until you are finally back.

Using meditation is a good way to connect with your Angels. You can practice this on a weekly basis, it helps you to relax and to learn to raise your vibration, after a while, you will be able to raise your vibration and connect to the Angels much quicker.
