As teachers we go through years of practise and exams, so we can help anyone to learn how to feel freer and yet stronger in their bodies. You will learn how stand upright from the foundation to the crown of your head, which improves balance, stamina, flexibility, and peace of mind. There is deep relaxation at the end of each class.
