When you book onto my Reiki One training, you are stepping into a small, supportive learning environment where you will be guided through the foundations of Reiki in a clear, grounded, and practical way. This is a full-day, in-person workshop where you will begin your journey with Reiki — not just learning what it is, but experiencing how it feels to work with energy. Throughout the day, we explore the core principles of Reiki, including its history, how energy moves through the body, and how to work with the chakra system in a simple and accessible way. You will learn traditional hand positions and begin practising Reiki under direct supervision, giving you the confidence to work with energy safely and effectively. You will also be guided through a meditation to support your connection to your own intuitive awareness, allowing space for your personal experience to unfold naturally. As part of the training, you will receive your Reiki One attunements, opening your ability to channel Reiki energy for self-healing and supporting others. This training is not rushed. It is held with care, allowing time for questions, integration, and hands-on experience throughout the day.
