In aid of the PHA which raises money for people who need treatments and The Ironworks in Southend there will be a Sound Bath. There will be a short meditation then immerse yourselves in the sound of the Gong drums singing bowls and other instruments. This is upstairs. there will be a colouring table if you feel draw to afterward sand a swop shop.
