Transmission Meditation has been designed for humanity at this stage in our evolutionary development as we enter the New Age, to enable us to meditate and to be of service to the world, with only a little expenditure of time and effort required. Learn how to practice this simple form of group meditation that provides a dynamic and effective field of planetary service in this 4-week introductory course. Also drop-in session only. Information relating to the history and the underlying spiritual philosophy of Transmission Meditation – The Ageless Wisdom – will be given, and a basic understanding of the purpose of meditation, in general, will also be provided. Limited to 12 participants. The course is suitable for beginners and no previous experience of meditation is required. The course is free to attend and is run by voluntary co-workers with the Edinburgh Transmission Meditation Group.
