Your Luminous Self is a 3 month online program for healers, therapists, creatives, life coaches and those working in the field of helping and nurturing others. You have a deep, meaningful purpose – let me guide you in healing practices which nurture you to do the work you are called to do. This program creates a sacred, safe container for you to start healing (healing not meaning cure, but meaning deep ease and release), to start fully appreciating and loving your soul’s journey, and to move forward with your soul-work. Are you willing? Are you ready to move into your luminous self? Are you feeling judged, frustrated, alone in your work, scared to put your creative work out into the world, and fearing burnout? This program will be ideal for you. The frustration, the fear, the judgement, the toxic positivity within the healing community – how can you heal others when you cannot heal yourself? Well let me tell you what I have learned along the way: We teach what we ourselves need to learn in this world, dearest soul... and you are in the right place to learn the tools to help you progress in your healing and creative career. The 3 month program start with Vitality as the Month 1: A month of reflection on your vital self, focusing a lot on self-care. Being Heard is Month 2: How are you being heard by yourself and by others. This month includes meditation on the throat, heart and solar plexus chakras as well as the Soul Healing meditation. Authentic You is Month 3: Uncovering what your authentic self looks like as you move into the healing world. There will Opening and Closing Circles and two sessions per month, with one being a Soul Healing Meditation. The program is online, over zoom and will be a group of up to 12 women who work in the field of nurturing and helping others, including people using their creative work for a better world.
