Reiki is performed by the client remaining fully clothed on a massage couch or seated in a chair, enabling the healing process to begin. The Reiki complies with covid in a ‘hands off’ if necessary working manner. The practitioner channels the Reiki energy through their hands to the recipient for the purposes of healing the mind, body & spirit. This day will give you your Part 1 Reiki Attunement and this will lead on to Reiki 2 which is more hands on than Reiki 1.
