An Intensive Day with the Arcturians

Throughout the day in a series of meditations, the Arcturians will be gifting us with all that we are able to receive through their energy transmissions. They will work on all levels of the multidimensional self simultaneously, including of course the subconscious. Our frequency will gradually rise throughout the day as we are taken into the Arcturian Crystal Temple and invited to travel to a healing chamber on their Starship Athena. Jesus Sananda will also be working with us, igniting the lightbody within through the high heart, allowing the Christ energy to flow into our being and the Arcturians will give us a connection to our Oversoul. Throughout the day we will also be connecting to the heart and soul of Gaia and will end the day with bringing through the transmissions which she needs at that time for her ascension. We will ground into the new crystalline grid and the Golden Christ consciousness grid which now surrounds the planet. I myself am an Arcturian starseed, a member of the Arcturian Council of Elders. The Arcturians are said to be the most evolved Beings in this section of the Universe and are in charge of the Ascension of Earth, working under the direction of Lord Sananda and Archangel Metatron.
