The Cheltenham Mind Body Spirirt Wellbeing Show

The Cheltenham Mind Body Spirirt Wellbeing Show
Mind Body Spirit Wellbeing Show back at Cheltenham’s Pittville Pump Room. This is going to be a fantastic MBS Show! What a venue! It's been a long time since Cheltenham had its own MBS Show so we are very excited about this one! For many years, Cheltenham had a thriving Mind Body Spirit Show at the Pittville Pump Room, but these events came to an end three years ago. This year’s show is run by new organisers, Deer Spirit Events, who also organise the Gloucester MBS Show at the Guildhall twice a year. The Cheltenham event will be held on Saturday July 6th from 11am to 5pm. It features sixty exhibitors and over thirty free talks, demonstrations and workshops. In areas such as self-help, well-being, mindfulness, meditation, Feng Shui, meditation, shamanism, healthy living and eating, movement and therapeutic massage. There will also be a range holistic and alternative therapists, angel card, tarot and shamanic readers and mediums. And stalls selling crystals, jewellery, incense and other gifts. Outside, yoga, taichi, Nia and qigong classes will take place, throughout the day, in Pittville Park.
