An Introduction to Khemitology

A day for anyone fascinated by Egypt. Joanna will outline the lesser known ancient Egyptian philosophies, known as Khemitology, and demonstrate how they can be applied in everyday life. This workshop will feature: • Why Ancient Egypt was called Khem • How Khemitology reflects indigenous tribal philosophies • Ways in which Khemitology differs from Egyptology • Why our familiar Egyptian deity names and words are derived from the Greek language • Discovering the potency of working instead with the authentic Egyptian deity names • Hypothesising on how these Khemitian deities may have morphed into the Essene Angels • Practical experience of drawing and connecting with ancient Egyptian symbols • The five stages in the Khemitian cycle of life • The additional perceptions available to us beyond sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell • Energy field readings using additional senses to tune-in to people, places and situations Joanna Bristow-Watkins spent over 15 years in senior management specialising in customer care and training. Driven by a desire for greater inner peace, she overcame her initial scepticism of energy healing to become a practitioner and teacher of Egyptian healing. Several trips to Egypt guided Joanna to Hakim, an indigenous oral tradition keeper of Khemitology (Egyptology according to the tribal elders), which he taught to Joanna.

College of Psychic Studies
HOST:
College of Psychic Studies - The College was founded in 1884 by a group of eminent scholars and scientists. Its purpose was to facilitate formal investigation into the psychic and mediumistic phenomena that were such a topic of debate in the Victorian era. With great courage, this group of distinguished people, some notable in science, others from within the ranks of the Anglican clergy, defied the prevailing canons of respectability in order to proclaim to a world of increasing materialism that human personality survives bodily death and that this is capable of demonstration.
