Mind Body Spirit Festival in Mark Tey, Colchester The Festival will take place Saturday and Sunday 19-20th October 2019 10am to 4pm The weekend sees Life Arts 7th running Mind Body Spirit Festival at Marks Tey Parish Hall. Life Arts provides an event packed with complementary and wellbeing therapies, spiritual guidance, health advice, meditation space, workshops and healing music. We are raising money for Helen Rollason Cancer Charity with many fantastic prizes to be won in the grand raffle. In the last few years we have raised over £18,000 pounds for this wonderful charity with your help! On offer will be a range of complementary and holistic therapies and treatments including reflexology, crystal healing, kinesiology and Indian head massage. Gifts including magnetic jewellery and amazing jewellery from around the world, hand-made ayurvedic body products, essential oils and incense, raw and polished crystals and minerals, angel gifts, pagan, wiccan and gothic crafts, CDs and instruments. Consult with specialists, psychics and readers such as Kevin Doe for an Aura photograph and interpretation, animal communicator Alison Sheryll from Sky TV and our very own Colchester international medium Maureen Flynn. Discover the power of meditation in the empowered healing space especially created by the European Buddhist-Hanmi Association, learn about vegan food supplements, food intolerances and plant based nutrition for the whole family. There will also be workshops on subjects as diverse as 'Explore Your Pet’s Psychic Journey', 'Using Essential oils for Whole Winter Wellness’, ‘9 Star Ki Feng Shui Astrology’ as well as the ever popular ‘Mediumship Demonstration’. Headlining the main stage will be International pianist Ian Haywood, with many other talented musicians performing at the weekend. Jacob & Jacs Catering will again be providing freshly cooked delicious hot and cold food and amazing cakes, with vegetarian and vegan options. The festival is at Mark Tey Parish Hall, just off A120, Colchester CO6 1EJ from 10 till 4 each day. Parking is free and this event is wheelchair friendly.
