NEW YOGA CLASSES FOR ALL ABILITIES

New multi ability Yoga, Pilates & Mindfulness classes on Tuesdays starting October. Including Mother & child & SEN 10:30am Dynamic Yoga (45 mins) - A free flowing practice that is best suited for those that like a challenge. All levels from beginner can attend. 11:30am Pilates for Beginners (45 mins) - If you want to give Pilates a go this is the class for you. Great to improve posture or to help strengthen the core and protect the back. 12:30pm Mindfulness Meditation (45 mins) - Learn different techniques including Mindfulness of Breath and a Loving Kindness Meditation. Suitable for all levels. 1:30pm Parent and Baby Yoga (30 mins) - A wonderful bonding practice for both parent and baby. This class is perfect for children aged 6 weeks - 3 years. 2:30pm Rehabilitation Yoga (45 mins) - A gentle practice targeted for those that need to build strength and confidence. By using blacks, straps and chairs this is suitable for any physical ability and perfect for those recovering from injuries, stroke, cancer or other medical conditions as a complement to your treatment. 4:30pm SENS Child and Parent (30 mins) - A fun and engaging practice to help you and your child develop flexibility, mobility and mindfulness 5:15pm Teen Yoga (45 mins) - At a time of life when there are so many stresses and strains a regular yoga practice can help. This class is for anyone aged 13-18 years and will focus on creating a calm mind and a sense of self acceptance.
