What is mindfulness and how can mindfulness help me? £10 per circle More people than ever are talking about mindfulness and how it could help them But not many understand how to achieve it Mindfulness can help you manage your wellbeing and mental health. It can enable you to: • reduce levels of stress • improve your sleep quality • reduce levels of anxiety • reduce levels of depression • feel less overwhelmed • make wiser choices • increase your ability to manage difficult situations • positively change the way you think and feel about your experiences (especially stressful experiences) • have greater self-compassion Mindfulness is not nonsense or silly, nor is it a passing fad. It does take effort and work to develop mindfulness skills and time to practice them.
