This monthly group is for women, especially those who have gone through a toxic relationship break up and would like to bring fun/ play into their healing and bounce back. Each month you will be guided through a creative and healing activity to connect you with your own inner Goddess energy to heal the hurt and get you off the emotional roller coaster you have been feeling as a result of your break up. Ladies it doesn't matter what your creative level or your knowledge of Goddesses is, come play your way to heal and prosper. We are made in the image of God, this means that every woman is a Divine Goddess. It is time we reclaimed that glorious inner Goddess with-in. During this session we will open our circle, and gently awaken the goddess with in whilst celebrating our sisterhood. Although each session will have a different theme and fun exercises to do, we will have the chance to enjoy sacred space, sharing with the group, healing any issues that may come up. Some sessions may also include spiritual (non-religious), psychic or creative practice. Our theme will be of new beginnings harnessing the energy of the new moon that occurs earlier in the week. Please bring with you a journal and pen. Part of the session may include sitting on the floor so please bring a yoga mat/cushion which would help you feel more comfortable. Dress comfortably, in something that makes you feel ultra-feminine. You may want to bring a shawl or wear layers as during meditation you could feel a little colder than normal. It is important that your place is pre-booked so I can ensure I bring enough materials etc for the session for all of you.
