Restorative Yin Yoga Workshop with Sarah Collins

2pm-4pm £20 Restore, Rebalance and De-stress with Deep Stretches Yin Yoga is gaining more and more popularity and its easy to see why! Our lives are busy and at times stressful, always somewhere to be, something to do or a distraction to grab our attention. Yin Yoga provides us with space to stop, to be still, to rest and to release both physically and mentally. Yin is gentle on the body but has powerful benefits! It is restorative and nourishing whilst deeply stretching the tissues and it’s available to anyone. Join us for this two hour Yin Yoga workshop. We will move through an extended practice with meditation. With plenty of deep relaxation this is designed to rebalance and restore body and mind.
