Yoga Wheel Workshop Saturday 27th January 2:00pm – 4:00pm £20 with Julie Seery The latest prop in the yoga world is the yoga wheel….Maybe you have seen the wheel and wondered how to use it? In this 2 hour workshop we will explore warming up, standing poses, backbends, seated poses and inversions using the wheel. The yoga wheel is an amazing tool for moving safely in to backbends and inversions; it will stretch your entire front side body – hip flexors, abdomen, chest, and shoulders. This workshop is suitable for all levels including beginners. About Julie: Julie has been practising yoga for over 20 years and has now been teaching for more than 15 years. Yoga has been a way for Julie to maintain a sense of wellbeing, physically, mentally and emotionally. Julie first qualified in Sivananda Yoga but later qualified as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga - which included 3.5 years of amazing training and has since gone on to do many further training courses, including the Yoga Wheel teacher training certificate which she took this year in Barcelona.
