Healing Soul Dramas: Stepping Out of Your Personal Soap Opera

So often we get caught up in a repeating drama of our own – largely unconscious - making. Betrayal, let-downs, put-upons, co-dependency, martyrdom, abuse, disillusionment are acted out time and again: the fundamental script of any soap opera. Trying to save someone can so quickly fall into the victim – or the persecutor. Fortunately crystals assist in healing the traumas and dramas that your soul has undergone without needing to re-experience the event. Several new crystals have come onto the market that are particularly helpful – along with a few old favourites. They dissolve old patterns, making way for the new to be installed and are particularly useful for resolving the seductive and so addictive ‘Drama Triangle’ of Rescuer, Persecutor, Victim that plays out in so many ways through this and other lives. In this practical, experiential workshop we will be identifying how these dramas have shown themselves over other and present lifetimes, and how the fear, anger and sadness that accompany them can be turned around to find the gift at their heart and empower our present and future life.
