Be a Radiant Woman with Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga teachings herald women as the ultimate embodiment of grace, wisdom, intuition and spiritual attainment. However, she often doesn't realise her power and can let her insecurity get the better of her. It's this insecurity and self-doubt that can inhibit her innate radiance and wisdom, and unfortunately, it's this insecurity that the media and advertising increasingly exacerbates. So, as women, we have some work to do. In this kundalini yoga workshop, we explore what it is to be a radiant woman, to shine in our inherent divine femininity and to allow our grace and inner gifts to guide our life. We learn movements and meditations to unveil the beautiful goddess within and to call on our unshakeable intuition. We learn to stand true in self-acceptance and to slice off self-doubt. Prepare to meet your own goddess. Kundalini yoga is for you, no matter what your age, capability and level of flexibility. All you need to practise is an open mind and willing spirit. You may find some of the movements challenging, but always worth your best efforts. Please wear comfy clothes appropriate for movement. We practice on yoga mats on the floor, however chairs will be available for those who find sitting on the floor uncomfortable. This workshop is only available to women.

College of Psychic Studies
HOST:
College of Psychic Studies - The College was founded in 1884 by a group of eminent scholars and scientists. Its purpose was to facilitate formal investigation into the psychic and mediumistic phenomena that were such a topic of debate in the Victorian era. With great courage, this group of distinguished people, some notable in science, others from within the ranks of the Anglican clergy, defied the prevailing canons of respectability in order to proclaim to a world of increasing materialism that human personality survives bodily death and that this is capable of demonstration.
