This introduction to meditation and healing come along with June Meagher will explore various meditation and healing techniques conduction over 2 sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. You can join us for the day (£15) or for either session (£10) Concessionary rates of £10 (day) and £8 (session) are available. https://www.aamarhealing.co.uk/events/introduction-healing-meditation-girvan-scotland/ The morning session consists of: Breathing and Relaxation Techniques Mindful meditation – explore your body Koshi Meditation – lay back and allow the beautiful and gentle Koshi Chimes and other simple instruments to soothe your soul in this mindful meditation Silent Meditation – enjoy just being whilst beautiful poems are read gently and softly to you The afternoon session consists of: What is healing and what it is not The chakras and auras Emotional causes of illness Self healing and healing others – simple techniques June Meagher has been teaching various holistic disciplines for over 30 years and travels around the UK sharing her knowledge and experience. A past Director of the NFSH (Healing Trust), founding Director of Sound4Healing; BAHA accredited tutor for Peacehaven Healing Centre and holistic tutor at the Priory, Shrewsbury. June is a regular with those who attend Conscious Camp and Conscious Tribal Gathering and offers healing at the Holistic Show’s Chill Out Zone, every year at the NEC, Birmingham. These two workshops will have limited space so please do book early to avoid disappointment. Thank you. Refreshements will be offered, please bring a packed lunch if you are staying for the day.
