Our sacral chakra is the seat of our creative expression. Physically it is linked with the reproductive organs and, on a subtle level, it is in the sacral chakra that ideas about what we want to create are germinated - both artistically and in terms of our hopes and dreams in life. In this workshop we will tap into the immense force of our own creativity, questioning what we really want to create in this lifetime, and using kundalini yoga kriyas, meditations, mantras and relaxation to heal and balance our sacral chakra. This work also frees up our sexual expression and is a good choice for those suffering with reproductive or fertility issues. This workshop is for everyone, regardless of level or ability. You may find some of the movements challenging but always worth your best efforts. There will be chairs available for those who find it uncomfortable sitting on the floor/yoga mat for extended periods of time. Please wear comfy clothes appropriate for movement.
