Casey Mackey is a 23 years old psychic medium. By the age of 21 Casey was doing readings and was starting to teach her own circles and her own way of introducing spiritualism into this changing world.
This workshop is divided into 4 segments.
You will learn how to open your channel to the spirit world, communicate with spirit, learn all about protection and find your own unique way of working with spirit.
Segment 1 - We will talk about our different theories on subjects such as angels, the spirit world, crystals and the afterlife, which will help us to open up our channels slowly and to get the energy moving. Casey will also give a mini demonstration to start the day.
Segment 2 - Casey will teach you about chakras and then will talk you through opening up each chakra with a guided meditation. Throughout this segment there will be activities that will help you to connect with your intuition and allow you to learn your own way of communicating with spirit.
Segment 3 - Casey will show you how to start using oracle cards and will demonstrate a simple card spread. She will then put you to the test as you practice on each other in the group. Moving on to applying your gift with a crystal ball and bowls of water will allow you to use other senses to pick up energies or messages around you.
Segment 4 - We will have another meditation to meet our spirit guides and try to communicate with loved ones through meditation. We will discuss what we have learnt, how we communicate with spirit and what senses we each use in our mediumship.
We will end the practical part of this workshop by closing down our chakras which Casey will talk you through and explain why it is so important. Finally, Casey will give a demonstration of mediumship to the group
You must be 18 or older to attend this workshop.
College of Psychic Studies - The College was founded in 1884 by a group of eminent scholars and scientists. Its purpose was to facilitate formal investigation into the psychic and mediumistic phenomena that were such a topic of debate in the Victorian era. With great courage, this group of distinguished people, some notable in science, others from within the ranks of the Anglican clergy, defied the prevailing canons of respectability in order to proclaim to a world of increasing materialism that human personality survives bodily death and that this is capable of demonstration.
