I trained with Wigan and Leigh college gaining a vtct certificate in Indian Head Massage. Since 2014 I continued my training obtaining certificates in Hopi Candles, Reflexology, Oriental Face Massage, Aromatherapy, Hot and Cold Stone Massage and Swedish Massage and Sports Massage.

I love everything holistic and feel it is a privileged in supporting someone with anxiety, stress or general aches and pains.

I am also a Sports Therapist, so like to think I can offer treatments to suit each individual. Whether this is for relaxation or to combat a stiff neck, back pain or tight hamstrings.

Each client is given a consultation for their own personal needs and adapted to suit.

I work part-time at a therapy center in Tyldesley, which offers remedial and sports therapy as well as alternative therapies.

Further to this, I have had training with Gateway work shops, Amethyst and Athena all accredited with the Guild of Holistic Therapists.

I have volunteered my services for the 10k race, for pre and post massage.

I am a member of Guild of Holistic Therapists and also Sports Massage Association.
