What is Groove Dance?
I believe Groove to be the perfect balance between conventional dance & free dance, helping to restore balance to the Mind Heart Body & Soul.

To really capture the true essence of Groove, I suggest coming along to one of my classes to experience Groove for yourself..
It's a little difficult to explain what Groove actually is but I will say, It's very simple to do, it's really good fun and you can't get it wrong!
