Horsham's new holistic hub opens

Iriness Yoga and Wellbeing, situated on Victoria Street, launches as the only dedicated Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga studio and centre of the holistic therapies in the district. This style of a therapeutic yoga practice is derived from classical therapeutic Indian yoga which focuses on the synchronicity of the mental focus, diaphragmatic breathing and movement in a progressive series of postures. Alongside yoga, Iriness’ offers a range of wellbeing treatments including massage, reflexology and aromatherapy, with further alternative therapies being added. The combination of wellbeing and yoga means Horsham now has holistic health covered under one roof. Iriness Yoga and Wellbeing is the brainchild of husband and wife team Irina Pashkevich Bourdier and Patrick Bourdier. From the purchase and demolition of the original building, through to the design and construction of the stunning new space, it has been a meticulous two-year project which Irina and Patrick are excited to unveil. Iriness Yoga and Wellbeing’s launch day is on Friday 6th October and there are limited free taster sessions available to try the yoga or mini therapies. To register for either the 9.30am or 11am taster background to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga session, or for a mini massage slot between 1pm - 2.30pm. Price: Free: GBP 0 Time: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm
