MBSR: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

This Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course-originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center-is considered the gold standard of research-based mindfulness training programs.
