Available online and in person, I work with individuals and groups to support people, predominantly women, to reclaim their sense of Self, personal identity, dreams, values, sexuality and the skills for navigating a complex relational world that continually challenges our physical and emotional boundaries.

I predominantly work with Internal Family Systems and Psychosexual Somatics® Therapy, varying the modality based on client need and level of development.

Any issues relating to relationship, sexuality or the body, as well as recurring mental and emotional health issues or addictions can be treated successfully using one or other of these modalities, with the clients commitment to change.

Whatever the presenting issues or need, I work in a way that is trauma-informed and sensitive to the needs of the body and psyche for safety. I support people on complex life journeys to shift what's stuck in their bodies and holding themselves back from living their full potential. I support people carrying self-distortions as a result of our culture, or the residue of trauma, to remember who they really are and bring their deep empathic and intuitive gifts to the world. I teach adults to love and accept their sexuality and to have conscious conversations about it so we can all heal and grow together.

Sessions range from 1 hr online to 2 hour in person bodywork sessions, as appropriate depending on treatment approach
