Paul has worked as a psychic, medium, reiki practitioner and spiritual teacher before deciding to expand his knowledge and skillset gaining formal qualifications and has now been working as a therapist and mind coach for over 10 years.

Paul is now an Accredited Integrated Therapist & Mind Coach; working with children, teenagers, adults, couples and groups in a safe and supportive environment, using a solution focused approach with NLP, CBT, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, EMDR Therapy, EFT, past Life Regression, Future Life Progression and Mindfulness.

Children and teenagers respond well to his approach, in particular hypnosis. Paul has found that in many cases they respond better than adults, as they’re able to tap into and fully use their imagination to effectively treat their problems.

Future Life Coaching for children and teenagers can help with; exam nerves, fears, phobias, anxiety, stress, compulsive addictions, habits, eating disorders, confidence, self-esteem and behavioural problems.

Paul's approach to therapy is simple, whereby he looks to combine a number of therapeutic approaches to tailor a specific programme that meets the needs of the client. Although he is more than happy to work with one particular therapy if the client prefers, or if he feels a particular approach is more suited.
