Hi, my name is Steph and I own Inner Nurture Therapies.

I have recently joined the team at the Inner Wisdom Wellbeing Centre in Stourbridge, and I offer a wide range of holisitic therapies.

I specialise in One to One Meditation combined with Reiki, and host a Nurtured Woman Sacred Circle. groups and small friendly meditation sessions.
